This institution was established in late 1990 where it
was only supporting other tertiary students with
tutorials and examination techniques.
It was given 'full approval to operate' by Ghana Education Service as
a diploma level tutorial college in 2001.In the same year,the institution
got affiliated to Cambridge International College, UK,
to admit students and teach their diploma programmes.
Principal's College is accredited by the National Accreditation Board as a full tertiary institution,
offering programmes from diploma level to Master of Business Administration level.
